Gore Home Improvement utilizes two professional organizations to assist our customers with financing their home improvement projects. We chose these partners based on their ability to provide competitive interest rates and provide top notch service to our customers.

SMUD — Sacramento Municipal Utility District

SMUD offers financing programs in order to encourage their customers to replace high energy use equipment with more efficient models.

Presently, SMUD offers a fixed interest rate of 7.50% and maximum loan term of 120 months for Windows and Siding. Interest rates and terms are subject to change, for current rate information call SMUD at (916) 732-5472.

EGIA — Electric & Gas Industries Association
